Important: we have a cat, so if you don't like cats or are allergic it may not be a perfect match for you.
The move in date is around 1.02.
The move out date can also vary - but we are looking for somebody who is willing to stay at least 6 months up to one year. After one year the landlady has to be contacted to ask if the contract can go longer.
A small furnished room with a double bed, a desk, a small drawer and a clothes rail. The room is in a big flat on the third floor, there is also a big living room and an open kitchen, so you don't have to spend your time only in the room :) The room has one window in the 'open' direction - so there isn't any building next to it and nobody will look into your window :)
The flat has about 84 square meters, has two levels, it contains three rooms (two bedrooms and one living room in the forth floor), one kitchen that is halfopen, a place to eat, a big bathroom with a bathtube. Apart from that there is also a storage and a basement.
The kitchen is new, there will be a dishwasher and right now we are getting an induction cooker.
Weststadt, tramstop Mühlburger Tor - about 4 minutes walking.
To KIT about 15 minutes with a bike.
PH and FH about 10 minutes.
Lidl, Penny - 5 minutes.
In the other room live Antonina and Philipp - we are a couple, so you have to be okay with living with a couple. I would say we are really calm, cook daily. We both enjoy going to Schwarzwald for a hike, but are more introvert than extrovert.
Antonina - 23, studies Elektrotechnik in Bachelor. I enjoy reading about history and taking care of plants.
Philipp - 25 studies Elektrotechnik in Master. Likes programming and everything about electronics.
There is also Helenka - a four year old cat, which you don't have to take care of. But you have to know, that if you leave your door room open, she may go into your room ;) She is quite cuddly, but the moment she doesn't like something, she can scratch you. It will not be a problem if you have a cat, but we have to say no to dogs.
We are looking for somebody, who has their crazy party life behind them and undestands that music is not to be blasted mondays at 3 AM ;) Cooking together sometimes would be nice, I also like watching TV Series with somebody :D
There is a living room, where you can be visited by your guests.
I would say the WG-Leben should be more like Zuhause-Leben, because there is a tablecloth on the kitchen table, and not a pack of beer.
The washing machine is in the basement, it is free to use.
Online seeing is not a problem, but I think first around 5.12 and then around 30.12. You are also welcome to visit the flat and see for yourself.
Both bedrooms doors are old and dont have a lock, but we respect privacy and don't go to your room, unless there is fire :)
GEZ and internet are already in the rent.
We are the main tenant, but we dont sublet illegally - that means the Anmeldung is possible and the landlady will know about you moving in.
I will upload more pictures/you can see the flat for yourself in about 2 weeks, when we will get the rest of the kitchen appliances :)
