Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist nur für zwei Monate frei (01.05.24 bis 30.06.24). Es ist ca. 25 m² groß und wird bei Bedarf mit zwei Kommoden und einem Schreibtisch möbliert übergeben.
Die Wohnung verfügt neben den 3 Zimmern über eine große Küche mit Südbalkon, ein Tageslichtbad und eine separate Toilette. Ein Kellerabteil und ein Innenhof mit Fahrradstellplatz sind auch vorhanden.

The room for rent is only available for two months (01.05.24 to 30.06.24). It is approx. 25 m² in size and will be handed over with two dressers snd a desk if required.
In addition to the 3 rooms, the apartment has a large kitchen with a south-facing balcony, a daylight bathroom and a separate toilet. A cellar compartment and an inner courtyard with bicycle parking space are also available.
In direkter Nähe ist die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Händelstraße, von der aus regelmäßig mehrere S-Bahn-Linien fahren. Mit dem Fahrrad erreichst du in ca. 10 Minuten die Innenstadt, die Günther-Klotz-Anlage oder den Schlosspark.
Zum Einkaufen findest du zahlreiche Geschäfte in fußläufiger Umgebung. Zwei Waschsalons sind auch in fußläufiger Nähe. Die Waschmaschine auf dem Foto gibt es nicht mehr.
Mit dem Auto erreichst du schnell die Südtangente und somit die Autobahn. Parkplätze gibt es in der Umgebung auch einige.

The train stop is 2 minutws away, several S-Bahn lines run regularly. You can reach the city center, the Günther-Klotz-Anlage or the Schlosspark in about 10 minutes by bike.
Numerous stores are within walking distance. Two laundromats are also within walking distance. The washing machine in the photo is no longer available.
By car you are quickly on the Südtangente and thus on the highway. There are also several parking lots in the area.
Zusammenleben würdest du mit Katrin und Tom. In unserer Freizeit lesen wir gerne, machen gerne Sport oder sind mit Freunden unterwegs.
