Die WG liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Altbaus in der Karlsruher Nordweststadt. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, einer gemeinsamen Küche und einem Bad. Das zu mietende Zimmer ist 13 Quadratmeter groß, möbliert und hell.

We are looking for a subtenant for our cozy 2-person flat share in Nordstadt from May 7th to 29th 2024.
The flat share is located on the ground floor of a building in Karlsruhe Nordweststadt. The apartment consists of 2 rooms, a shared kitchen, and a bathroom. The room available for rent is 13 square meters, furnished, and bright.
Die Lage ist hervorragend: Die U-Bahn-Station Welschneureuterstraße ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto, Edeka und DM sind quasi um die Ecke.
Zur Universität ist es auch nicht weit:
HKA/PH: 14 Minuten mit der Bahn, 19 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad
KIT: 19 Minuten mit der Bahn, 19 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad

The location is excellent: The tram station Welschneureuterstraße is only a 5-minute walk away. Shopping options like Netto, Edeka, and DM are practically around the corner.
The university is also close by:

Maria (27) ist eine Doktorandin am KIT im Bereich Chemieingenieurwesen und lebt bereits in einem der Zimmer. Sie ist sauber, flexibel und hilfsbereit.
Das WG-Leben ist entspannt. Man kann spontan in der Küche zusammenkommen und sich unterhalten, besonders abends. Jeder hat jedoch auch seinen Freiraum, um sich zurückzuziehen, wenn er möchte. Es gibt keine festen Regeln, und Maria ist immer zur Stelle, wenn Hilfe benötigt wird.

Maria (27) is a doctoral student at KIT in chemical engineering and already lives in one of the rooms. She is clean, flexible, and helpful.
Flat share life is relaxed. You can spontaneously gather in the kitchen and chat, especially in the evenings. However, everyone also has their own space to retreat to when they want. There are no strict rules, and Maria is always available to help when needed.
Alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Gas, Internet und der Rundfunkbeitrag sind in der Miete enthalten.
Die Umgebung ist ruhig, und die Nachbarn im Haus sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wird kurzzeitig untervermietet, da ich im Urlaub ins Ausland reise. Die Umgebung ist sehr friedlich.
Die Übernachtung ist auch möglich (20 Euro/Tag). Eine Kaution von 500 Euro ist erforderlich aufgrund des Schlüssels.

All utilities, such as electricity, gas, internet, and broadcasting fees, are included in the rent.
The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors in the house are very nice and always helpful. The room is being sublet temporarily because of my trip abroad for this period. The surroundings are very peaceful.
Overnight stays are also possible (20 euro/day). A deposit of 500 euros is required due to the key.
