Halli hallo, da ich (M30) wegziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer in Zentrumsnähe von Kehl, im Prinzip alles sehr leicht auch ohne Auto erreichbar.
Die WG liegt in einem 3 Familienhaus, wurde vor 3 Jahren saniert und ist echt sehr freundlich und hell eingerichtet, sie besteht aus 3 Zimmern , Küche , Bad. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die WG wird aktuell noch von mir und 2 Mädels bewohnt.
Einfach anrufen oder auf den AB sprechen, arbeite in ner Werkstatt, und höre es nicht immer;-) Ich rufe dann zurück, also bitte Nummer hinterlassen und draufsprechen, hatte viele Anrufe in Abwesenheit, aber ohne Nummer wirds zurückrufen schwierig;-)

Tolle Lage, 5 min zum Rhein und 5 min zur Fussgängerzone
Gemeinsame Wohnküche und kein eigentliches Wohnzimmer...
In der WG wohnt ein Hund namens Hugo ;-)
Zimmer ab 1.12.2013 frei und sollte möglichst bald wieder bezogen werden, nicht erst zum 01.03.2013!!
