Hi guys, there is one room available and fully furnished in a flatshare (WG) in Kevelaer from 31.05.
⁃ 7‘ walk to Kevelaer train station.
⁃ Restaurants, shops, supermarkets (Netto, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka,...) within 5-10 minutes on foot.
⁃ 2 shared bathrooms with washing machine, dryer machine, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 garden (suitable for summer BBQ with friends)
⁃ Nice flatmates and owner.
⁃ Rent: 250€ includes everything and 20€ for house cleaning so you do not clean the house by turns. Caution is 360€. You could either rent it for short or long term.

- Tageslichtbad mit Dusche, Bad, WC, Waschmaschine und Trockner, einfache Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, und vollem Equipment, WLAN vorhanden.
- Garage für Fahrrad vorhanden.
- Gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
- Einzelhandelsgeschäfte und Supermärkte befinden sich in fussläufiger Nähe. Airportshuttle (100m), Bahnhof (500m), Bushaltestelle (200m).
- Warmmiete ist 250€ inklusive alle Kosten (Strom, Heizung, Internet) und 20€ für Hausreinigung . Die ARD wird vom Vermieter bezahlt. Die Kaution ist 360€
