Das Zimmer liegt in einer großen Altbauwohnung und ist ~ 12qm groß. Es ist komplett möbeliert: eine große Couch, die sich in ein Doppelbett (150 * 220 cm) verwanden lässt - Sessel, großer Spiegel, Schreibtisch und mehrere Bücherregale. Da das Zimmer nicht wirklich groß ist, gibt's nicht viel Platz für ein Bett. Aber das Zimmer ist sehr funktionell und das Schlafsofa ist äußerst bequem zum schlafen. Das Zimmer ist aufgrund der großen Fenster sehr hell, und ruhig. Es gibt einen großen Schrank außerhalb des Zimmers, der ausschließlich dem Mieter dieses Zimmers gehört.
The room belongs to a large apartment and it is ~12qm. It will be fully furnished: a big couch- which is transformed to a double bed (150*220 cm)- armchair, big mirror, desk and several bookshelves. As the room isn't really big, there was not much of a space for a bed. However, as it is now is very functional and the couch-bed is extremely comfortable to sleep. The room is very bright, due to the huge window, and quiet. There is a big closet outside of the room, belonging exclusively to the renter of this room.
Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Studentenviertel Blücherplatz. In 15 min erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof und die Haltestelle des Buses zur Uni liegt gerade mal 4 min entfernt. Mann kann auch zur Universität laufen, es ist weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie SKY, Penny und LIDL sind in 5min zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich Restaurants, Bäckereien und Bars, falls Mann nicht all zu weit laufen möchte.
The apartment is located in the popular student district Blücherplatz. In 15 minutes you reach the main station by bus and the bus stop to the university is just 4 minutes away. You can also walk to the university, it is less than 10 min walk. Also s/m such as SKY, Penny and LIDL can be reached in 5 minutes. Very close to the apartment are nice restaurants (like POI and Burger Bank), bakeries and bars, in case you don't want to go too far.
