Das Zimmer ist Richtung Norden ausgerichtet, jedoch trotzdem schön hell, sehr gut geschnitten und man schaut ins Grüne. Das Highlight ist die recht große, stets lichtdurchflutete Küche mit angeschlossener Loggia.
Die Lage könnte besser kaum sein. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man eigentlich überall in 5 Minuten. Egal ob zur Uni, zu Supermärkten, Drogerien, Kneipen, Clubs, Wasser, Park, Kino, Theater - 5 Minuten :)
Vor der Haustür fahren auch Busse in alle Richtungen.
Euer zukünftiger Mitbewohner, Christian, ist Agrarwissenschaftler im Master und der wohl angenehmste und unkomplizierteste Mitbewohner, der stets für alles zu haben ist, aber auch nichts gegen eine geschlossene Tür hat.
In den 290 Euro Miete sind sämtliche Kosten für Strom, Heizung, Internet, Telefon etc. enthalten.
