Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich und wurde im Mai komplett renoviert. Alle Wände sind gerade weiß gestrichen geworden und es gibt einen schönen alten Holzfußboden. Das Bad ist neu und hat eine Badewanne, die Küche ist bereits gut ausgestattet und bietet Platz für eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit. Außerdem gibt es ein geteiltes Gemeinschafts-/Wohnzimmer, an das dein Zimmer anschließen würde. Im Wohnzimmer steht auch ein Gästebett, falls mal jemand zu Besuch kommt. Die beiden Zimmer sind räumlich sehr weit auseinander, wodurch beide, wenn gewünscht, auch genug Raum für ihre Privatsphäre haben. Es gibt außerdem einen ruhigen Innenhof, der zum Haus gehört. Dort gibt es auch ein paar Sitzgelegenheiten und eine nette kleine Wiese. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerabteil und es gibt die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder im Keller oder im Innenhof anzuschließen.
The flat is very bright and friendly and was just renovated in May this year. The bathroom is new and has a bathtub. The kitchen is already quite well equiped and has a small corner, in which you could sit. Moreover there's a shared common room besides your room. There's also a guest bed, if somebody comes for a visit. There's also a quiet inner courtyard, in which you can sit and have a barbecue for example. Also there's a basement compartment belonging to the flat and a good possibility to lock your bike.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral über der wahrscheinlich beliebtesten Eisdiele von Kiel.
Es gibt eine Busverbindung zum Bahnhof und zur Uni direkt vor der Tür und diverse weitere Buslinien (z.B. zum Strand) sind in circa 3-4 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann, Copyshop sind ebenfalls in 2-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Entfernung zum Audimax der CAU ist weniger als 1 km, ebenso die Entfernung zur Muthesius Kunsthochschule. Zum Fähranleger der FH-/Strandfähre braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten. Es gibt außerdem viele Essensmöglichkeiten und auch einige Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der nächste Park liegt ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The location of the flat is pretty central above one of the best ice cream shops of Kiel. There's a bus connection to the main station leaving from right in front of the door and several other bus connections (e.g. to the beach) in 3-4 walking minutes distance. Grocery and drug stores as well as copyshops are close by within 2-5 walking minutes. The distance to both CAU and Muthesius is less than a kilometre and it takes 10 minutes by bike to get to the ferry dock, from which you have a direct connection to the University of Applied Science. The ferry to the beaches is leaving from the same dock. Moreover there's a bunch of restaurants/takeaway possibilities and bars close by. The next park is 10 walking minutes away.
Mein Name ist Anna und ich wäre deine Mitbewohnerin. (:
Ich bin 24 Jahre alt und studiere zur Zeit einen Master in Pädagogik und einen Bachelor in Informatik und Dänisch auf Lehramt. In meiner Freizeit engagiere ich mich sehr viel beim Erasmus Student Network in Kiel und freue mich, immer wieder neue Leute aus den unterschiedlichsten Kulturen kennenzulernen. Ansonsten mag ich sehr gerne Spieleabende oder gemütliche Runden am Küchentisch, genauso wie spontane Ausflüge an den Strand oder in den Park.
Von einer WG wünsche ich mir vor allem, dass wir offen und ehrlich miteinander umgehen und ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn wir auch mal gemeinsam etwas unternehmen! Nichtsdestotrotz finde ich auch Freiraum sehr wichtig, wenn zum Beispiel gerade in der Uni mal viel los ist. Wenn du dir vorstellen kannst, mit mir zusammenzuwohnen, melde dich sehr gern bei mir! Ich würde mich freuen, dir die Wohnung zu zeigen und dich entweder vor Ort oder online, kennenzulernen.
My name is Anna and I would be your flatmate (:
I am 24 years old and study my masters in pedagogics. At the same time I take a Bachelor in computer science and Danish to become a teacher. In my free time I am volunteering at the Erasmus Student Network in Kiel a lot and I am always happy to meet new people from so many different cultures by that. I also like game nights and lovely evenings around the kitchen table as well as spontaneous trips towards the beach or the park.
From a flatmate, I wish that we communicate open and honest with each other and I would be very happy, if we also do something together once in a while. However in busy times I think it is important too, to leave each other space. If you could imagine to live with me, contact me!
