Das Zimmer ist ein Sonnenlichtzimmer mit einfachen Möbeln. Es ist der innerste Raum der Wohnung und weit entfernt von der Eingangstür, daher ist es ruhig und privat.
⭕Zeitpunkt: Ab 25. Juni 2024.
⭕Die Schlafzimmer sind ca. 13m2 groß. Die Möbel sind komplett, wie Schreibtisch, Drehstuhl, IKEA-Bett (Breite 0,8-1,5 m verstellbar), Nachttische, IKEA-Holzschrank und Sideboards. Die Möbel müssen übernommen werden. Nachzahlungen sind verhandelbar. Bei Bedarf habe ich auch einen privaten Kühlschrank.

The room is a sunlight room with basic furniture. It's the innermost room of the apartment and far from the entrance door, thus it's quiet and private.
⭕Time: From 25 June 2024.
⭕The bedroom is about 13m2. The furniture is complete, such as a desk, swivel chair, IKEA bed (width 0.8-1.5m adjustable), bedside tables, IKEA wooden wardrobe, and sideboards. The furniture needs to be taken over. Nach fees are negotiable. I also have a private fridge, if you need it.

Zur Bushaltestelle sind es 2 Minuten, zum Hauptbahnhof 10 Minuten mit dem Bus, zum GEOMAR 10 Minuten und in 10 Gehminuten erreichen Sie REWE, ROSSMANN, PENNY, LIDL und den Türkischen Markt.
Sowohl das Ost- als auch das Westufer Kiels sind bequem zu erreichen.

⭕Bei den Mitbewohnern handelt es sich um eine Deutsche, die gerade ihr Abitur gemacht hat, und eine Chinesin, die an der Universität Kiel promoviert. Alles ruhig und sehr verkehrsgünstig. Die Warmmiete inklusive Strom und Internet beträgt ca. 290 Euro. Der Betrag kann je nach Strom- und Internetpreis variieren. Die Kaution beträgt 590 EURO/Person.

The warm rent including the electricity and network is about 290 euros. The amount may vary with the price of the electricity and internet. The deposit is 590 EURO/person.
Wir hoffen, dass Sie ein lockeres, sauberes und gebildetes Mädchen sind. Bei uns gibt es keine strikte Wohnungsordnung, aber wir bevorzugen ein selbstdiszipliniertes Verhalten der Bewohner, indem wir beispielsweise den Müll rausbringen, wenn Sie sehen, dass er voll ist, und die Küche nach der Nutzung in Eigenregie reinigen. Manchmal unterhalten wir uns vielleicht in der Küche, bleiben aber ruhig, wenn wir im Zimmer bleiben.
