Zu vermieten ist ein möbliertes Zimmer in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Gaarden. Im Zimmer steht ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch, ein Regal und eine Kommode. (Die Fotos sind schon etwas älter.. inzwischen sieht es möbeltechnisch ein bisschen anders aus!)
Die Wohnung hat zudem ein Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine, eine Küche, einen Balkon sowie Lauras und Philipps Zimmer. In der Küche gibt's viel Platz, eine Geschirrspülmaschine und den Zugang zum Balkon.
Wir würden uns über eine*n nette*n Mitbewohner*in freuen, der*die gemütlich, rücksichtsvoll und sauber mit uns zusammen leben möchte. In der Miete ist die Nutzung aller Räumlichkeiten, GEZ, Internet und Telefon, Ab- und Zuwasser sowie Strom enthalten.

Es lohnt sich, die Wohnung ist toll, die Lage super und die Mitbewohner*innen einfach spitze!
We rent a room inclusive furniture. It's a nice flat in a quite street and there is also a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, a balcony and the two flatmates roomes. (About the pictures: It looks a bit different now, we changed the furniture..) All costs are included in the rent. We are looking forward to live together with a nice, friendly and clean person. In case of questions just ask me.
