Das Zimmer geht nach hinten raus und ist dementsprechend ruhig. Es hat Dielenboden (wie die gesamte Wohnung) und ist ca. 16 qm groß. Es grenzt an Lilavs Zimmer und das Badezimmer. Die Küche ist groß genug, sodass man dort gemütlich zusammen sitzen kann. Die Miete von 210 Euro versteht sich inkl. Nebenkosten und es kommen noch ca. 90 Euro für Strom, Heizen, Internet hinzu, je nachdem wie viel wir verbrauchen.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen Altbau, es gibt nur 3 Parteien im Haus und es ist ruhig gelegen. Sidenote: Leider gibt es keinen Balkon, aber die Wohnung ist nur im 1. Stock, sodass man schnell auch mal unten zusammen mit Lilav eine rauchen kann.
Wir konnten leider nicht so viele Fotos machen, weil die alte WG gerade noch mitten im Auszug steckt.

The room goes out to the back and is quiet. It has floorboards (like the whole apartment) and is about 16 sqm. It is located between Lilavs room and the bathroom. The kitchen is big enough that you can sit there comfortably together. The rent is 210 euros including additional costs and the 90 euros we calculated for electricity, internet and heating costs.
The apartment is located in a small old building, there are only 3 parties in the house. The house is located in a quiet area. Unfortunately, there is no balcony, but the apartment is only on the 1st floor, so you can quickly smoke a cigarette with Lilav downstairs.
Die Wohnung liegt in Kiel 143, super nice – 5 Min. zum Bus, Einkaufen (Rewe, Aziz, Sultan Markt, Rossi, Aldi, Samstags und Mittwochs Markt), Vinetaplatz, Bank, Werftpark nebenan, Sportpark auch, Falafel, Pommes, Eis, alles was mensch braucht. In der Innenstadt/zum Bahnhof ist mensch zu Fuß in 15 Minuten. Zur FH und zur CAU 20 Minuten mit dem Bus. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten gibts auch.

The city center/the train station is a 15-minute walk away. To the FH and CAU 20 minutes by bus. Parking is also available.
Wir sind Lilav und Greta und suchen eine Person, die Bock hat mit uns zusammen zu wohnen und die neue WG mit uns zu gestalten. Wir sind Freundinnen, legen zusammen auf und machen gerne mal eine OKF durchs Viertel oder zum Strand. Lilav spricht auch kurdisch, studiert an der FH und arbeitet im sozialen Bereich. Greta studiert an der CAU und muss ziemlich viel für ihr Studium lernen. Sie jobbt nebenbei und verbringt so viel Zeit wie möglich beim Boxen. Sie liebt Skincare-Routine und ihren Kleiderschrank.
Wir wünschen uns keine Zweck-WG, sondern haben Bock auch mal zusammen zu kochen, ein Bier zu trinken und auch spontan Zeit zusammen zu verbringen. Wir wollen nicht aneinander vorbeileben, sondern ein solidarisches, familiäres, aber auch ungezwungenes Zuhause haben. Gerne laden wir auch Freund*innen zu uns ein (corona-konform). Eine reine Party-WG sind wir aber nicht und wir legen Wert darauf, dass man sich auch mal zurückziehen kann. Offene und ehrliche Kommunikation ist uns wichtig.

We are Lilav and Greta and we are looking for a person who would like to live with us. We are friends, DJ together and like to make a OKF through the neighborhood or to the beach. Lilav also speaks Kurdish, studies at the University of Applied Sciences and works in the social sector. Greta studies at the CAU, works part-time and spends a lot of time boxing. She loves her skincare routine and her closet.
We don't want to live in a functional flat-share, but we want to cook together, drink a beer and spend time together spontaneously. We don't want to live apart, but have a familiar, but also informal home. We are also happy to invite friends to join us. We are not a party flat-share and it is important to us that you can also close your door from time to time. Open and honest communication is important to us.
Wir sind beide politisch aktiv und wünschen uns eine*n Mitbewohner*in der*die sich mit seinen*ihren Privilegien kritisch auseinander setzt. Dementsprechend haben wir keinen Bock auf Rassismus, Sexismus, Antisemitismus, Queerfeindlichkeit und weitere Diskriminierungen.
