Wir vermieten übergangsweise Zimmer in Kiel Gaarden Ost.
Die Miete bezieht sich immer jeweils auf ein möbliertes Zimmer in einer 3er WG. Schauen Sie sich die Bilder an, wenn Sie schnell eine Unterkunft benötigest ist es ideal. Alles ausgestattet, sie können direkt einziehen.
Die Kosten belaufen sich folgendermaßen:
Zimmer 1 - Größe ca. 14 qm - 390€ warm
Zimmer 2 - Größe ca. 20 qm - 440€ warm
Zimmer 3 - Größe ca. 13 qm - 390€ warm
Die Wohnung kann auch als ganzes gemietet werden.
Es wird ein qualifizierter Zeitmietvertrag nach §575 BGB geschlossen, die Mietdauer beträgt 4 Wochen.
Bei Interesse bitte telefonisch melden unter der (siehe unten). Sie können schon an Dienstag einziehen.
Wir nehmen eine Kaution von 660€.

due to circumstances we are offering short term contracts for roomsin Kiel.
The rooms and the flat are full equipped with everything you need for your daily business.
Please note again, that this is a short term contract. You have to leave the flat after 4 weeks.
Take a look at the pictures, if you need a accomondation now, its a perfect fit. Your personal stuff in the rooms are brand new.
Room 1 - 14 sqm - 390 all included.
Room 2 - 20 sqm - 440 all included.
Room 3 - 13 sqm - 390 all included.
As mentioned before, we are preparing a contract for only 4 weeks.
If you are interested, please call the landlord under (0)160 9680 1279 (german number, probably +49). You can move in on Tuesday.
