Ich ziehe am 31.07.2016 aus und suche eine/n Nachmieter/in. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Studentenwohnheim (EOH) am Steenbeker Weg 16 A direkt gegenüber von Klinik Lubinus. Es dürfen hier nur Studenten wohnen. In der Wohnung befinden sich 2 Bäder und 1 Küche (vollausgestattet). Die Hausmeister kümmern sich um alle im Haushalt anfallende Angelegenheiten. Das Zimmer kostet 210 Euro ohne jegliche Nebenkosten, hier ist alles mitinbegriffen.
Es befindet sich ein Rewe und ein Netto in direkter Laufnähe, die Universität ist auch nur 20 Mintuen (Fußweg) und die Bushaltestelle (42,41,62,61,91,92) 2 Minuten entfernt. Das Wohnheim ist ruhig gelegen, das Projensdorfer Freigehege befindet sich in der Nähe und man ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten am Strand.
Die WG besteht aus 3 weiteren Mitbewohnerinnen. Wir haben einen Putzplan, den wir wöchentlich einhalten. Wir treffen und ab und zu zum kochen und es besteht eine nette ruhige Autmosphäre innerhalb der WG.
Ich kann jederzeit auf meinem Handy angerufen werden, falls ich nicht rangehe rufe ich umgehen zurück. Per E-mail bin ich auch zu erreichen.
