Das beschriebene Zimmer ist ein ruhiges, gemütliches Zimmer mit einem stabilen Hochbett inclusive Treppe. Das Zimmer liegt zum Hinterhof und bekommt eher abends Sonne ab, hat aber dafür ein großes Fenster. Es hat einen Dielenboden und Altbau typisch hohe Wände.
Optional gibt es noch ein zweites Zimmer. Das hat 18-19qm kostet 300€ warm und liegt nach vorne zur Straße. Also gäbe es auch die möglichkeit beide Zimmer zu mieten oder im Doppelpack zu uns zu stoßen.
Mega-Zentral direkt über dem StudioKino am Dreiecksplatz.
Wir sind ein Pärchen und sind auf der Suche nach einem gemütlichen und harmonischen Miteinander.
Wir haben einen Fahrstuhl im Haus außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradkeller.
