wir sind eine entspannte, freundliche, queere Freund*innen WG mit Hund und suchen für knapp 6 Wochen eine Untermieter*in. Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Ravensberg in der Nähe des Nordfiedhofs. Man ist in zwei Minuten an vielen Direktbussen auf der Holtenauer zum Hbf etc., die Forstbaumschule und Förde ist mit dem Fahrrad oder einem längeren Spaziergang zu erreichen. Mit uns lebt außerdem ein alter, äußerst lieber, schlappohriger Hund.
Das Zimmer auf dem Foto wird deines sein, wir räumen es grade noch um. Es wird dann ein richtiges Bett, einen Schreibtisch und ein großes Regal für deine Sachen beinhalten. Bad und Küche werden natürlich geteilt. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine. Die Miete für den Zeitraum, ob einen Monat oder Gesamt beträgt 400€, plus eine Kaution von ebenfalls 400€

Hello,
we are live in a shared apartement and are a relaxed, friendly, queer group of friends and a dog. We are looking for a subtenant for almost 6 weeks. The house is located in the pretty Ravensberg area, close to the northern cemetary. You walk two multiple busses on the Holtenauer Straße, which are going directly to the main station. You can walk or bike to the Forstbaumschule and the water. With us lives an old and very cuddly, long-eared dog.
Your room is the one on the picture, which is currently re-organized. You will have a real bed, a desk and a storage reck for your things, when you arrive. Bathroom and kitchen are obviously shared. We have a washer and a dishwasher. The rent for the month or the entire 5,5 weeks will be 400€, plus a deposit of 400€.
