Aufgrund eines Praktikums möchte ich mein Zimmer für 6 Monate zwischen vermieten.
Das Zimmer bleibt bis auf weiteres möbliert, d.h. das Bett, das Sofa und der Schreibtisch incl. Stuhl dürfen gerne benutzt werden. Die Kommode und der Schrank werden leergeräumt und stehen auch zur Verfügung.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, genug Platz im Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank ist vorhanden und eine Waschmaschine ist auch an Bord. Im Hinterhof oder im Keller ist zusätzlich noch ein Stellplatz für ein Fahrrad.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, die Uni ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und es gibt zahlreiche Supermärkte, die bequem in 2-3 min. erreichbar sind. Die nächstgelegenste Haltestelle ist eine Minute entfernt, von dort aus fährt ein Bus zum Hbf und zur Uni. Eine ausreichende Anzahl an Parkplätzen befindet sich vor der Haustür.
Mein Mitbewohner, der an der CAU studiert, ist ordentlich und unternehmensfreudig.
