Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß mit einem Zugang zum Balkon. Im Sommer kann man hier schön sitzen, lernen oder grillen, eine Wiese ist auch direkt vor der Haustür. Die Küche und auch das Bad sind voll ausgestattet. Es gibt ein größeres Bad und ein Gäste-WC (man kommt also immer ins Bad ;)).
Die gesamte Miete beträgt 206,90 € ohne extra Strom und Nebenkosten.
Nun zu dir... du musst an der CAU Kiel eingeschrieben sein, denn das ist eine Voraussetzung um hier wohnen zu dürfen. Es wäre schön, wenn du offen für WG Aktionen und verschiedene Leute bist, denn hier sind alle Persönlichkeiten durcheinander gewürfelt.
Die Uni liegt zu Fuß circa drei Minuten entfernt man kann also ausschlafen :P
Bushaltestellen befinden sich direkt an der Straße und man kommt innerhalb von 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
