Da ich am Ende Juli ausziehe, suche ich ab 1.07.2018 einen Nachmieter(in) für mein einzel Zimmer.
Das Zimmer liegt im einen Studentenwohnheim Professor Hallerman Haus. Es ist voll Möbliert mit private Dusche und Toilette. Ungefähr 10 menschen teilen Gemeinschaftsküche. Die Küche wird zwei Mal pro Woche von Putzfrau gereinigt. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und freundlich.
Der Nachmieter muss ein Student sein um ins Zimmer einzuziehen. Der Mietvertrag ist offiziell und wird mit dem Studentenwerk vereinbart.

Since I am moving out at the end of June, I am searching for a new tenant for my room. The room is situated in Professor Hallerman Haus (studentdorm). It is fully furnished, with private toilet. The kitchen is shared with around 10 more people. The kitchen is cleaned by service ladies twice a week. The neighbors are super nice and friendly.
A new tenant should be a student. The contract is official and will be agreed with Studentenwerk.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Zwei verschiedene Bushaltestellen sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Aldi kann auch in 15 Min zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Die UniBibliotek befindet sich gerade auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. CAU liegt auch in der Nähe (5-20 min zu Fuß).
The location of the room is perfect. Two different bus stops can be reached in 3 min by foot. A shop Aldi is also reachable in 15 min by foot.
The university library is located right on the other side of the street and the CAU is situated in 5 or 20 min distance by foot, depending on the building.
