Hallo lieber Interessent,
die unrenovierte, aber sehr charmante 2,5 -Zimmeraltbauwohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer, das auch gerne genutzt werden darf. Dein Zimmer wäre etwa 16m2 groß. In dem Zimmer befinden sich ein Schreibtisch, eine Lampe, eine Kleiderstange, ein Spiegel und auf Wunsch auch ein Lattenrost und eine Matratze.
Ich bin berufstätig und arbeite manchmal auch von zu Hause aus.
Waschmaschine, Geschirr, Staubsauger etc. Sind vorhanden und im Mietpreis inklusive.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Fenster ist zur Straße, jedoch fährt eher selten ein Auto dort lang. Die Gegend ist sehr beliebt. Es gibt viele Kneipen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Ich freue mich über ein paar Infos zu deiner Person.
