Das Zimmer hat morgens Sonne und ist zum Hinterhof gebaut. Man wird also eher von Tauben geweckt, als von Autos. Es ist recht klein, aber das Hochbett schafft eine menge Platz. Dieses würde ich auch gerne da lassen, deswegen die 120€ Ablöse. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, auch in den Hinterhof gebaut, von dem man Dank der Bäume quasi ins Grüne schaut...
The room has sun in the morning and faces the backyard. So you're more likely to be woken up by pigeons than by cars. It's quite small, but the bunk bed creates a lot of space. I would also like to leave it there, hence the 120€ transfer fee. The apartment has a balcony, also built into the backyard, from which you can look out into the green thanks to the trees...
Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, Schrevenpark und Schützenpark gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Dönerdreieck liegt auf dem weg zum Einkauf, die Shisha-Bar im Erdgeschoss ist manchmal gut zu hören, aber mit denen kann man auch immer gut reden und bis jetzt konnte ich doch immer gut schlafen.
The bus stop is right outside the door, Schrevenpark and Schützenpark well within walking distance. The Dönerdreieck is on the way to shopping, the shisha bar on the first floor is sometimes good to hear, but with which you can always talk well and so far I could always sleep well.
In der Wohnung würden neben dir, Micha, Carina, Parmita und Malte wohnen. Wir sprechen nicht alle fließend Deutsch, weshalb es gut wäre, wenn es keine große Hürde für dich wäre, Englisch zu sprechen. Wir teilen unsere Lebensmittel in der Küche, weshalb es häufig zu einem gemeinsamen Essen/Kochen kommt.
Carina begeistert alle regelmäßig mit Waffeln, Malte kommt immer mit einem Lächeln aus seinem Zimmer, Parmita kocht einfach sensationales Esse und Micha kommt immer mit guten Sperrmüllfunden nach Hause.
In the apartment would live next to you, Micha, Carina, Parmita and Malte. We don't all speak fluent German, so it would be good if it wouldn't be a big hurdle for you to speak English. We share our food in the kitchen, which is why we often eat/cook together.
Carina regularly delights everyone with waffles, Malte always comes out of his room with a smile, Parmita cooks simply sensational food and Micha always comes home with good bulky waste finds.
In dem Haus sind außer uns glaube ich ausschließlich WGs, weshalb man hier auch gut andere Menschen kennen lernen kann. Es ist etwas rustikal, aber dafür wird man nicht vom Vermieter genervt.
Apart from us, I think there are only shared flats in the house, so it's a good place to get to know other people. It's a bit rustic, but you don't get annoyed by the landlord.
