I am subletting my cozy and light fully furnished bedroom because I will be going to Colombia to visit family between March and April.
The bedroom has two large windows and there is a queen-sized bed with plenty of cushions, a desk, a big closet, 2 bedside tables, and a sink.
I have a few plants that would need some watering, but most of them are succulents so they don't need much watering anyway.
The flat is located directly on Westring.
There are bus stops directly out the door.
It is a 5-minute walk from Rewe, Rossmann, and Dönner-dreieck.
We are four roommates in our WG, all international from different parts of the world: Cindy (28 ) from Honduras, Jacob (33) from the USA, Pravin (29) from Nepal and me.
Everyone is recently graduated as scientists (biologists or oceanographers) and are whether working or looking for work in their fields.
It is very common to hang out in the kitchen in the evenings, whether to eat or to have a drink. Sometimes we gather in someone's room to watch movies or to hang out. But most of the time everyone keeps busy, and relaxes when they come back home in the way they prefer. We do use a cleaning plan, so the apartment is always tidy :)
The sublet is only for two months, because my room will be rented by a friend from the first of May. But there might be chances that other rooms will become available in the coming months. So if you like the place and the flatmates, maybe there will be a chance for something long term.
