Das estudio21 ist eine moderne 132qm Altbauwohnung, die frisch renoviert wurde und alles bietet, was das Herz begehrt. Wir sind Steffen (27) und Till (28) und vermieten drei Zimmer als Untermiete. Mit uns wohnt Freya (23). Sie studiert Medizin. Steffen studiert BWL und Till hat Informatik studiert und arbeitet in der Softwarebranche.
Da unsere Mitbewohner Katrin und Costas uns verlassen werden, suchen wir ab Januar 2013 zwei neue Mitbewohner(innen), die angenehm und entspannt mit uns leben und in bester Kieler Lage im 4. Stock in unserem hellen estudio21 das Kieler Leben genießen möchten.
Wir sind offen für internationale Mitbewohner und bieten beide Zimmer auf Wunsch komplett möbliert an, gerne auch zur Zwischenmiete.
Das erste Zimmer ist ca. 24 qm groß verfügt dafür über einen eigenen Balkon. Das zweite Zimmer ist mit ca. 17 qm etwas kleiner.
Die Mieten betragen 325,- € für das erste und 265,- € für das zweite Zimmer. In den Mieten sind bereits alle Nebenkosten, Internet- und Telefonflatrate enthalten sowie der Rundfunkbeitrag (GEZ) enthalten.
Bei Interesse an Besichtigungsterminen, schreibt uns eine kurze Mail oder ruft an.

estudio21 is a modern old-style flat with high ceilings and 132 square meters. It just got renovated and offers everything you need. We are Steffen (27) and Till (28) - Steffen studies business and Till works in software developtment - and we live with Freya (23), who studies medicine.
Since Katrin and Costas move out, we are searching for 2 new flatmates moving in within january 2013.
We are open for international guests and can offer the room fully furnished. Intermediate rent is also possible.
The 1st room has 24 square meters and has an own balcony. The 2nd one is a bit smaller and has about 17 square meters.
The rent for the 1st room is 325,- € and for the 2nd room 265,- €. Rents contain all additional expenses including telephone and dsl flatrates.
