Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Schrevenparks. Sky und Rossmann sind 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Aldi 4 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und Unverpackt 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Bushaltestellen sind auch gerade mal 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Balkon der Wohnung zeigt Richtung Innenhof. Der ist ruhig und grün. Zur Uni kommt man auch gut mit der 81 oder auf der Veloroute.
