ich bin Elena, 22 und suche jemanden zur Zwischenmiete für mein WG-Zimmer. Da ich nur ein Auslandssemster ab September bis voraussichtlich Ende März mache, ist das Zimmer bereits möbliert. Alle Möbelstücke (und wahrscheinlich auch Pflanzen) bleiben für die Zeit der Zwischenmiete im Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist 18 m² groß und hat zwei große Fenster die zur Straße zeigen, diese ist allerdings ruhig. Ein Einzug ab September wäre ideal, wäre aber auch zum 1.10.2021 möglich.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 70 m² groß und es gibt ein gemeinsames Bad mit Fenster, eine gemütliche Küche mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine. Der Balkon geht von der Küche zum Innenhof ab und ist somit schön ruhig und für alle nutzbar. Vor allem vormittags ist es hier sonnig. Außerdem gibt einen Keller mit der Möglichkeit Fahrräder unterzustellen, sowie ein Dachbodenabteil und Wäscheboden.

my name is Elena, I'm 22 and I'm looking for somebody who would like to stay in my room for sublease for the coming winter semester. Because I'm only going to be gone from September until approximately end of March, the room already has furniture in it (and all of my plants are probably also going to stay there). The room is 18 m² in size and has two big windows which face the street which is usually calm. The ideal move-in-date would be in the beginning of September but is also still possible in October.
The flat altogether has 70 m² of size and there is a shared bathroom with a window, a cozy kitchen with a stove, fridge and a washing machine. The balcony adjoins the kitchen and faces the inner courtyard and is therefore nice and quiet and usable for everyone. Especially in the morning it is sunny here. Besides this, there is a cellar with the possibility of storing bicycles as well as an attic compartment and laundry floor.
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral, aber ruhig gelegen 2 Gehminuten vom Schrevenpark entfernt und 5 min von der Muthesius Kunsthochschule. Die CAU erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 10 min oder mit dem Bus in 5 min. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist die Hauptfeuerwache, welche zu Fuß innerhalb von 4 min zu erreichen ist, oder die Haltestelle Kunsthochschule innerhalb von 5 min. Zur Holtenauer Straße sind es 10 Gehminuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es entweder am Dreiecksplatz, wo sich ein Rewe, Aldi und Rossmann befinden. Man erreicht diese innerhalb von 10 min zu Fuß. Am Dreiecksplatz befindet sich außerdem das Studio Kino und die Bergstraße, die verschiedene Bars und Clubs bereithält. Alternativ gibt es auch noch einen großen Rewe in der Gutenbergstraße, den man in 7min zu Fuß erreichen kann.
The apartment is in a very central but quiet location and has a 2 minute walking distance to the Schrevenpark and 5 minutes to the Muthesius Academy of Arts. The CAU can be reached by bike in 10 minutes or by bus in 5 minutes. The next bus stop is Hauptfeuerwache which can be reached by foot within 4 minutes, or the Kunsthochschule stop within 5 minutes. To reach the Holtenauer Straße takes a 10 minute walk.
You can find grocery shops at Dreiecksplatz where Rewe, Aldi and Rossmann are located and which can be reached within 10 minutes by foot. The Studio Kino (cinema) and Bergstraße, which has various bars and clubs, are also located at Dreiecksplatz. Alternatively, there is also a large Rewe at Gutenbergstraße which can be reached in 7 minutes.
Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit Rana (25), die Kommunikationsdesign an der Muthesius Kunsthochschule studiert und Janine (30), die Philosophie und Umweltmanagement an der CAU studiert. Beide trinken gerne Tee und Serienabende, gemeinsames Grillen, Unterhaltungen in der Küche oder andere Unternehmungen sind auch keine Seltenheit. Rana würde sich übrigens für die Zeit der Zwischenmiete um meine Pflanzen kümmern, also keine Angst und wir finden bestimmt noch eine Lösung wie das am besten funktioniert. Alles weitere würden wir sehr gerne bei einem persönlichen oder virtuellen Kennenlernen besprechen und freuen uns schon auf eure Anfragen :).
You would live together with Rana (25), who studies communication design at the Muthesius School of Arts, and Janine (30), who studies philosophy and environmental management at the CAU. Both like to drink tea and watch series; barbecues, conversations in the kitchen or other activities are also not uncommon. By the way, Rana would take care of my plants for the period of the sublease, so don't worry and we will definitely find a solution for how that works best. We would like to talk about everything else in a personal or virtual meeting to get to know you and we are looking forward to your inquiries :).
