Hello! I am looking to sublet my room while I am away traveling, starting on December 1st until January 20th. Costs for December come to 300 euro, and for the partial time of January, just 200 euro. I also ask for a 200 euro deposit, and unfortunately registration here is not possible. The room is around 22 m2, it is nice and spacious with high ceilings and lots of light from the many windows (see photos).🌿 The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, desk chair, closet, shelves, two sofas, a TV, and a coffee table.
Our WG is located at the intersection of Westring and Kronshagner Weg and on the second floor (so you don’t have to do too many stairs). Unfortunately, our building is not handicap-friendly :( We have a large kitchen that will soon be renovated in December (but no worries, it should just take 2-3 days), two bathrooms, and a balcony. The one downside to the apartment is that it is on a busy intersection so there is a lot of street noise, but we all have gotten used to it. We are a mixture of Germans, Americans, all of whom can speak both German and English, and also Spanish. We are a mixture of students and full time workers. Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment or room, but okay on the balcony.

Hallo! Ich suche ab 1. Dezember 2021 bis 20. Januar 2022 mein Zimmer in unserer WG zur Untermiete, als ich reise. Miete für Dezember ist 300 euro, und für der Teil des Januars, nur 200 euro. Ich bitte um eine Kaution von 200 euro, und lieder ist eine Anmeldung hier nicht möglich. Das Zimmer ist ca. 22 m2 groß, es ist schön geräumig mit hohen Decken und schönes Licht (siehe Fotos).🌿 Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl Kleiderschrank, Regal, zwei Sofas, Fernseher, und Kaffeetisch.
Unsere WG befindet sich an der Kreuzung Westring und Kronshagner Weg und im zweiten Stock (so dass man nicht allzu viele Treppen steigen muss). Leider ist unser Gebäude nicht behindertengerecht :( Wir haben eine große Küche, die in Dezember renoviert wird (aber keine sorge, es braucht nur 2-3 Tage dafür), zwei Bäder und einen Balkon. Der einzige Nachteil der Wohnung ist, dass sie an einer viel befahrenen Kreuzung liegt, so dass es viel Straßenlärm gibt, aber wir haben uns alle daran gewöhnt. Wir sind eine Mischung aus Deutschen und Amerikanern, die alle sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch sprechen können, und der eine spricht Spanisch. Wir sind eine Mischung aus Studenten und ein paar arbeiten Vollzeit. Rauchen ist NICHT in der Wohnung oder im Zimmer erlaubt, aber auf dem Balkon.
