Das Zimmer liegt im 3ten Stock des Altbaus in der Wörtherstrasse 35. Die Fenster gehen zur Strasse und die gesamte Wohnung setzt sehr auf Gemütlichkeit! Im Haus leben einige Studenten. Die Wohnung hat eine gemütliche Küche, einen Innenhof, der von allen genutzt werden kann sowie ein Bad. Das Zimmer steht ganz deiner Kreativität zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer hat ca. 16qm.
Gesamtmiete für das Zimmer sind 450 Euro. Darin sind Strom, Wasser und Heizung inbegriffen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen Baumarkt und einen Bäcker. Dazu, direkt im Umkreis mindestens 3 Dönerläden. Zur Uni ist es ein kleines Stück. Mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Bus auch kein Problem.

Ich bin Linus, dein Mitbewohner! Ich bin 20 und mache eine Ausbildung zum Notfallsanitäter. Wenn ich nicht unterwegs bin, dann koche ich gern oder bin mit Freunden in Kiel unterwegs. Auch für einen Spieleabend oder Barhopping bin ich zu haben.
