Das Zimmer ist schnuckelig, aber sehr hell und hat einen schönen Blick auf den Wilhelmplatz. Die Wände sind, altbautypisch, schön hoch und geben viel Raum. Die Nachbarn in unserem Haus sind freundlich und das allgemeine Klima sehr angenehm.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wilhelmplatz im Stadtteil Schreventeich. Es sind zu Fuß 1 bzw 3 Minuten zu nächsten Bushaltestelle sowie zum Park selbst, die Uni ist per Bus und Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und auch Rewe, die DHL-Packstation und verschieden Ärzte sind in kürzester Zeit auf dem Fußweg zu erreichen. Außerdem ist die Innenstad ebenfalls in Lauf- bzw. Fahrradnähe.
Die Wohnung hat ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer, in dem wir gemütliche WG-Abende zusammen verbringen können! Die kleine Loggia neben der angenehm großen Küche ist ebenfalls ein Bonuspunkt.
