Since I'm in Sweden in April, I'm offering my room for the period of three months. So it's furnished (the furnitures are new - not even a year old) but I've mostly stored few of my stuffs so you can really live in it :)
The apartment is right near to the park. There is also Rewe and Rossmann in a couple of minutes walk, so it's super centrally located if you want to go to the university, the train station or other parts of the city it only takes 15 mins by bus and 10 mins Max by bike. You can shop directly at Rewe, which is a 5-minute walk away.
You live with my roommate Yingxue and Schabnam, but Schabnam visits occasionally.
The flat share life is usually quiet, depending on the mood there is sometimes loud music, but everyone is always taken into account.
You could move in from April first week, dates can be discussed and stay for the whole 3 months. I'll be back by end of june, but probably not directly on june 30th, so we may be able to keep the move-out date a little more dynamic.
