Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein 26 m² Zimmer am Südfriedhof, das Zimmer ist hell, da mehrere Fenster, sowie eine Balkontür (Französischer Balkon) vorhanden sind. Da es ein Altbau ist die Decke sehr hoch (theoretisch auch für ein Hochbett geeignet). Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ~100 m², eine große Küche,
ein großes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Zwei Abstellkammern (eine auf dem Flur, eine in der Küche) und ein Gäste WC.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral (zu Fuß in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof, mit dem Bus 3 Minuten) und hell, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut (Aldi, Lidl und DM zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen). Gegenüber liegen die Moorteichwiesen.
Bei Bedarf ist auch ein Allgemein- /Sportarzt zu Fuß in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell auf der B76 oder B404.
Das WG-Leben ist eher ruhig und stressfrei. Der verbleibende Mitbewohner studiert an der FH und ist an den Wochenende oft aushäusig.
Für Allergiker: In der WG lebt ein Kater namens Hauke.
