Die Miete beträgt 250,00 € zzgl. 90€ Nebenkosten, also 340€ warm.
Es handelt sich um ein helles Zimmer mit schönem Holzfußboden, mit zwei Fenstern und hohen Decken, circa 14qm groß. Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist 23 Jahre, männlich.
Die Gemeinschaftsräume (Flur, Bad, Küche) werden gemeinsam genutzt und gereinigt. Im Haus wohnen überwiegend Studenten, die Nachbarn sind entspannt.
