Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin, Auszubildende oder Studentin zwischen 18 und 25. Ich selber bin Studentin an der CAU und bin 21Jahre alt.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und freundlich. Auch die restliche Wohnung ist sehr lichtdurchflutet, die Küche hat einen Balkon, Dusche und Toilette sind voneinander getrennt. Auch verfügt die Wohnung über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.
Was die Miete angeht, so beträgt die WARMMIETE 300€, da sind aber noch nicht Strom, Internet und GEZ enthalten.
Mir sind Sauberkeit und Ordentlichkeit sehr wichtig!
