Möbliertes Zimmer mit Holzfußboden, Bett, Sofa, Kommode und Schrank. Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof und entsprechend ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmergröße müsste bei ca. 16 qm liegen.
Ich mag auf jedem Fall mein Zimmer, daher auch nur Zwischenmiete. Fotos folgen, ansonsten mach melde dich und mach dir ein eigenes Bild.
Coolerweise ist im Winter das Zimmer auch ohne Heizen auch schon angenehm warm, natürlich kann aber auch aktiv mit der Heizung nachgeholfen werden.
Short version in english: The room ist completely furnished, including bed, storage space and sofa. The room is located in direction to the yard and accodingly quite.
Top Lage. Der Südfriedhof hat alles was mach braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Restaurants, Kneipen, etc.
Top location, the district has everything you need, including supermarkets, public transport, restaurants and bars.
Super nettes WG-Leben. Du wirst die Wohnung mit drei Personen teilen. Wir sind keine Party-WG, entsprechend ist es abends ruhig. Am Wochenende sieht es natürlich manchmal anders aus. Uns wäre aber wichtig, dass du respektierst, dass wir unter der Woche Ruhe bevorzugen. Ein netter Spieleabend, Bier oder ein Glas Wein sowie gemeinsames Kochen sind aber natürlich immer drin. Gerade Wizard wird exzessiv bei uns in der Küche gespielt.
We are four persons in our shared appartment. We search for a person, who respects that we have during the week some obligations which make it desirable to respect the rest periods. However, we like to cook together and play games such as Wizard.
Solltest du nicht die kompletten drei Monate das Zimmer brauchen, lasse es mich gerne wissen. Vielleicht finden wir eine Lösung. Mir wäre nur wichtig, dass wir schon vorher uns auf einen Zeitraum einigen, so das ich entsprechend planen kann.
The dates are somehow flexible, however, I prefer to set up a fixed period prior you move in. On this way, I can plan my own budget.
