Hier ist Alice；）Ich suche momentan einen/e Nachmieter/in ab 01.09 für mein WG-zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist in einer WG- Wohnung, die mit zwei Menschen geteilt wird.

-Strom & Internet sowie GEZ muss man extra bezahlen. Teilt man aber mit den beiden Mitbewohner. Ich zahle jetzt ca. 260€ für alles monatlich.
-Eine Betriebskosten wird pro Jahr gerechnet werden. Im letzten Jahr habe ich ungefähr 90€ bezahlt.
-350€ für die Kaution, eine Zahlung des Abschlags für das Hochbett i.H.v. 120€

Wir haben Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine , ich hoffe, dass es attraktiv klingt; ),Der Herd wurde auch neu getauscht!
Das Hochbett bleibt auf jeden Fall im Zimmer , die anderen Möbeln müssen wir zusammen besprechen; )
Der Vorteil wäre, wenn man langfristig hier wohnen könnte.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Sören und Linnea. Sören arbeitet und Linnea studiert noch.
