Die Wohnung ist altbau. Die Zimmer stehen sich im Flur direkt gegenüber; dein Zimmer ist 16 qm groß. Das Zimmer ist möbeliert (Schrank sowie als auch Bett), du bist aber herzlich eingeladen dazu so viel zu dekorieren, wie es dir gefällt.
Beide Zimmer sind sehr lichtdurchflutet und wirklich wunderschön.
Keine Zwecks-WG, ich suche zwischenmenschlichen Kontakt, der mir in meiner letzten WG gefehlt hat.
Die Wohnung ist direkt Kiel-Mitte am Südfriedhof. Von hier aus kommst du super zum Bus; Rewe& Lidl sind 3 min zu Fuß; ein späti ist gefühlt direkt vor der Tür und generell liegst du sehr zentral.
Ich bin selbst Hamburgerin und hab mir letzteren eine Wohnung in Kiel ergattert.
zurzeit studiere ich schon an der CAU, ist aber ein Wechsel im Fach geplant 😅😁
Ich bin eine Person, die es einfach schätzt, wenn es sauber zuhause ist und würde es sehr appreciaten, wenn das auch ein Anliegen deinerseits ist. :)
Mir ist Lautstärke egal, hör so laut Musik wie du magst; lade gerne Freunde zu dir ein, damit habe ich überhaupt keine Probleme.
