Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster und ist nahezu quadratisch geschnitten. Morgens scheint die Sonne herein.
Zur WG gehört ein hübscher Balkon mit Nachmittagssonne, eine geräumige Küche mit Spülmaschine und ein Bad mit Badewanne.
Insgesamt eine gemütliche Altbauwohnung in bester Lage:)
Da ich ins Ausland umziehe, wäre es von großem Vortel, wenn einige der Möbel übernommen werden können (z.b Sofa, Regale, Kommode, evt. Matratze (neu)).
Die WG ist zentral gelegen, direkt an der Holtenauerstraße. Zur Uni sind es nur 5 min zu Fuß und die Bushaltestellen sind auch 1-2 min um die Ecke. Außerdem ist man mit dem Rad in unter 10 Minuten am Wasser.
