Introduction as a landlord:

My name is Ludger Hövelmann, I'm 57 years old - I live on a farm in Kleve - Rindern.
I belong to a very long established farmers family in the nearness of Kleve - our family is known here since more than
150 years - exactly since 1864.

At present I rent out nearly 50 rooms in 7 houses to students from the Hochschule.
They come from all over the world.

With this advertisement I offer a room in Kleve, Ringstraße 48 - near the city center.
The house includes 4 seperate flats.

The room is located in the second floor flat - 2 students are living there - one is leaving by the end of February -

This flat has a new bathroom - so only 2 students share the bathroom together.

The room is - about 14 square meters.

We renovated the whole house in 2020 - please see the pictures.

The house is very close to the city center - it takes you only about 5 minutes by bus to get to the Hochschule or to
main station (Bahnhof).

15 minutes walk to the Hochschule - about 8 minutes by bike.
