Die WG befindet sich in einem gemütlichen zentralem Wohngebiet.
Frontseitig schaut man in ein Naturgebiet und rückseitig in Gärten.
Die Hochschule ist nur 800m entfernt und man erreicht sie mit dem Fahrrad in 3 Minuten entlang des Spoy Kanals.
Innerhalb von 4 Minuten kann man zu Fuß den nächsten Supermarkt Aldi und Drogerie DM erreichen.
Die Bushaltestelle ist 600m entfernt und der Bahnhof ist 7 Fahrradfahrminuten zu erreichen.

The student house is located in a cozy central residential area of Kleve - Kellen.
At the other side of the road is a green area.
It is only 800m to the highscholl and it takes only 3 minutes by bike along the Spoycanal.
Within a 4-minute walk you can reach the nearest supermarket and drugstore.
The nearest bus stop is within 600m and it takes 7 minutes by bike to the main station.
Wir sind eine internationale und abwechslungsreiche WG. Je nach Interesse kommen wir gerne für einen gemeinsamen Kochabend oder ein Bierchen in der Stadt zusammen und lassen so den Unitag ausklingen.
Aktuell besteht die Zusammensetzung der WG: 2x Deutsch, 1xUkrainisch, 1xRussisch und 1xSpanisch
Jeder packt bei uns mit an, damit das gemeinsame wohnen gemütlich gestaltet wird. Wir gestalten gerne um - für kreative Überlegungen sind wir gerne offen :))
We are an international and varied WG. Depending on your interests, we will be happy to come together for a cooking evening or a beer in the city to round off the unitag.

Die WG soll eine reine Studentinnen- und Studenten- WG sein!
Internationalität und Gemeinschaftssinn sind wichtig für das 100% Studentenhaus.
