The room is beautifully furnished with a balcony showing a stunning view. The bed is a sofa-bed which can be extended to a double bed or kept as a single bed. Furniture in the room is a big study table with storage, office chair, very spacious closet, spacious cupboard, modern shoe rack, bed, and a small couch. Location of the house is very peaceful and perfect for students for just an undisturbed and calm living. The university campus is 5 mins by bike or bus. The bus stop is 1 min by walk, right outside the house. Supermarket is 5 mins away as well as fast food joints such as McDonalds and Burger King. Housemates are very nice, friendly and love to hangout from time to time :)
Cleaning service is done once a week. A lot of amenities and common household items are included and refilled weekly such as cleaning supplies (all type of cleaning materials for kitchen and various surfaces), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponges, kitchen towels, trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper, air fresheners, vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, and more all included! There is a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, as well as ironing board, drying rack and laundry baskets free for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped and very big, with 3 fridges (only 2 shown in pictures due to limit of 20 photos, contact for more pics), coffee machine, 2 stoves, dishwasher, 3 ovens, microwave and pots, pans cutlery and much much more. A big dinner table in picnic style is in the kitchen, where everyone can have a meal together, hang out, play games, spend time or even study :D
There are 3 washroom, 2 of them having big showers and one being only WC. All of them are free for use, always having a free washroom when needed :)
Electricity, heating, water and fast internet connection (WiFi) is included in the rent.
A big backyard is available for hanging out, grilling or just enjoying a peaceful day.
There is a Bicycle box, where each tenant can securely store their bicycle in. Pumps for bicycle tires are provided also. Vehicle parking is available directly in front of the house and in the immediate vicinity.
Easy access to bus stop which is 1 min away. Hochschule Rhein-Waal campus is 5 minutes by bike and bus. Supermarket is 5 min away by walk. McDonalds and Burger King are 5 mins away by walk.
The house features a diverse living! The housemates are students, very relaxed, and chill. We all hang out at the kitchen many a time, playing games, having a chat, cooking together or studying. Sometimes, we make sport in the spacious backyard or grill together to enjoy the beautiful weather and vicinity.
