A beautiful room on Tiergartenstraße is open for rent. I would also be happy to re-sell my wardrobe for a small cost. The apartment is located on the second floor (third if you're counting the ground-floor).
Es handelt sich um eine zentrale Wohnung, es sind 10 Gehminuten zur Uni und 5 Gehminuten in die Stadt (Große Straße). Zum Bahnhof braucht man auch nicht mehr als 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Bushaltestelle Koekoek-Platz ist 3-4 Gehminuten Fußmarsch entfernt.

The apartment is very central. The walk to the university only takes 10 minutes. It's also only 5 minutes to city centre, and 15 minutes to Kleve central station. The bus stop Koekoek-Platz is only 3-4 minutes away.
