Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Fußgängerzone im Zentrum Kleves. Das Zimmer ist 12m² groß und kann leer oder teilweise möbliert gemietet werden. Eine kleine Terrasse, die sich an das Zimmer anschließt, kann ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden. Da die Fenster nicht zur Fußgängerzone gelegen sind, ist es tagsüber und auch nachts sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung hat zudem einen geräumigen Wohnzimmerbereich mit angeschlossener Küche und Spülmaschine, einen kleinen Balkon, ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, sowie ein separates WC.
This 12-square-meter-room is in a central flat, right in the middle of Kleve city center. The room can be rented empty or partly-furnished (for example bed without mattress). The room has access to a small terrace in the back. Since the room is in the back of the flat, it is quiet and you can leave the windows open at night without any disturbance. The flat has a big living room/kitchen area, balcony, bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and an additional WC room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt auf der Kavarinerstraße. Von da aus sind es nur 5min zu Fuß zum Campus oder Edeka. Der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls in 10min zu erreichen und die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 1min entfernt.
The flat is on the Kavarinerstreet which is right at the shopping area of Kleve. It's only a 5min walk to the campus and Edeka supermarket. Also the main station is within a 10min walking distance and the next bus station is like 1min away.
Der Hauptmieter der Wohnung ist ein 28 jähriger Student, mit dem du dann einen Untermietvertrag vereinbaren würdest. Er kocht sehr gerne, kennt sich gut in und um Kleve aus, unterhält sich gerne und wir hatten einige gute Jahre zusammen.
The flat mate is a 28 year old student. He is the main-renter of the flat and you will be a sub-renter. He likes to cook, is communicative, knows his way around Kleve quite well and we had good years living together.
Der Einzugstermin ist theoretisch auch flexibel. Mein Mitbewohner und ich sprechen beide Deutsch und Englisch. Wenn dein Interesse geweckt wurde, schick uns doch einfach einen kleinen Text über dich und dann würden wir dich einladen, uns mal zu besuchen.
