Hi,
wir (Vermieter) suchen ab dem 01.01.17 3 Mädels für eine 3er WG (komplette Neubesetzung). Zur Ausstattung der Wohnung gehören:
- eine relativ neue Küche (max. 5 Jahre oder neu)
- modernes Bad
- Balkon zum Opschlag raus
- ein ca. 20 m2 großer Wintergarten
- eine Waschmaschine im Waschkeller
- ein Kellerraum
Die gesamte Wohnung verfügt über Laminatboden. Zwei der 3 Zimmer sind mit ca. 15 m2 gleich groß, das ehemalige Wohnzimmer deutlich größer.

we (landlort) are searching for a new WG. The WG should constist of three grils, you can move in from on 01.01.2017. It will be an advantage for you if you know eachother already. Equipment of the flat:
- kitchen 5 years old or new
- modern bathroom
- balcony to the Opschlag
- ca. 20 m2 winter garden
- washing maschine
- basement
In whole flat is laminate floor. 2 rooms have ca. 15m2, one is larger.
Good english skills needed!
Eure neue WG liegt zentral am Opschlag in Kleve. Kneipen, Hochschule, Bahnhof und Edeka erreicht ihr fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten. Ihr habt also alles, was ihr braucht. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Frisör.
Die WG wird komplett neu belegt. Gestaltet euch eure eigene 3er WG. Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn ihr euch schon kennen würdet. Im Haus gibt es bereits eine Studenten-WG.
Da die zu beziehnde WG noch vermietet ist, gibt es noch keine Bilder von der WG. Die Bilder in der Anzeige sind von der bereits bestehnden WG. Grundriss und Zustand der Wohnungen sind ähnlich. Die Fotos werden demnächst aktualisiert.
