Student Apartment, rent not more than 300 euros, not more than 6 members.

I am searching for an apartment with a quiet and calm environment in the vicinity of Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences. The apartment must have a bathroom, sitting room, bedroom, washing machine, stable internet, a compound, toilet, and so on. The maximum rent should ideally be not more than 300 euros which am sure will be affordable to me as a student to pay off fully within the required time. The apartment should also be close to the bus or train station for easy boarding to travel to different destinations. It should also be relatively close to the food market, must have a place for parking bikes, and being an agricultural student, I would also like the apartment to be having a small garden where I can carry out my soil sampling and other agricultural activities. The apartment should not be too close to the main road to reduce disruption.
