It is also located very near to supermarkets like EDEKA and DM and Netto. It is a three shared house of which only one vacant place is available. The house is completely furnished with Furniture and Dining, oven, Microwave-oven,Washing machine,Deep freezer,refrigerator , TV and Internet.
The Rent of the house is 290 euro, internet and Electricity are additional, which would be around 38 euros. One should make a 3 month deposit that is 720 euros as a deposit to landlord for one year contract which will be given back on the expiration of contract. The contract is until October 2016.
