American Female Student at Hochschule Rhein-Waal searching for flatshare

I am looking for a furnished room. I prefer to share flat with females, but I will consider a mixed share with males/females. I speak English and Spanish, so a common language with flatmates would help to be able to communicate. I have a friend who is able to help me with translation for any documents in German. As I don't have a car, being nearby a bus station or nearby the Hochschule by bike or walking is necessary. I'm looking for clean flatmates who want to keep harmony among us, no drama. I can move in mid to late-September, and I'm looking for a room rent price of up to about 320 euros, I can be a little flexible to a slightly higher price. I hope to have a room with a washing machine, WLAN, shower.
