Looking for a place to settle as an international student

Looking for somewhere as close to my Uni as possible. Preferably furnished, with at the very least the most important things like a bed, kitchen, washing machine, fridge, desk and heating. Kitchen tools and the Electronics (mainly the basic ones like burners, oven, bowls,pans etc) must be part of the house. Bathroom with a toilet, faucet and a shower is enough, bathtub is optional but not necessary. Utilities like water and energy being included in the rent would be much convenient. Free available internet through Wi-fi is mandatory. My rent range is ~300Euros a month, but any lower would become a priority pick. Rooms need to be windowed with enough space (total of ~10 square meters). I am the friendly, polite and chill type of flatmate. I am correct and precise when it comes to paying the house rent. Other miscellaneous stuff are optional. Garden, Parking Lot, Gym, Balconies, Garage are not necessary, except probably Gym.
