I am offering my super cozy and large room in the popular Agnesviertel. It is one of the most central places in cologne!
I'm going to do a semester abroad in Italy and therefore have to rent the room. I'll leave all furniture inside and stow my clothes or personal belongings to friends, so you'll have enough space for your stuff :-)
Even the TV with Smart TV function (ie Netflix, etc.) will be left in the room!
Ich biete hier mein super gemütliches und großes Zimmer im beliebten Agnesviertel an.
Ich mache ein Auslandssemester in Italien und muss daher das Zimmer untervermieten. Ich lasse alle Möbel drinnen und verstaue meine Klamotten bzw. persönlichen Sachen bei Freunden, sodass man genug Platz für seinen Kram hat :-)
Auch den Fernseher mit Smart-Tv Funktion (also Netflix usw.) lasse ich im Zimmer!
The apartment is directly opposite the stop "Lohsestraße". Also the big stop "Ebertplatz" with super good connections is right around the corner. Furthermore, the district "Nippes" is only 3 minutes away and you can very well reach many kebab shops, etc.
You can easily and very quickly reach the main train station, cologne dome, hospitals, party streets and the university. The apartment is very centrally located!
Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch direkt gegenüber der Haltestelle „Lohsestraße“. Auch der Ebertplatz mit super guten Verbindungen ist direkt um die Ecke. Des Weiteren ist der Stadtteil Nippes nur 3 Minuten entfernt und man kann sehr gut viele Dönerbuden usw. erreichen.
Man erreicht sehr sehr schnell den Hauptbahnhof, Dom, Krankenhäuser, Partystraßen und die Universität. Die Wohnung liegt also echt gut zentral.
My roommate is called Thore and studies history and archaeologist in the master.
He is 27 years old and very nice. He will never not say no to a beer. ;-)
Mein Mitbewohner heißt Thore und studiert Geschichte und Archäologe im Master.
Er ist 27 Jahre alt und super lieb. Lässt sich auch bei einem Bierchen nie lumpen ;-)
P.S. We can talk about the exact rental period, because I still do not know the exact dates of the stay abroad. But that is the minimum rental period, so it might be a month longer.
P.S. über die genaue Mietdauer können wir gerne noch reden, weil ich teilweise noch nicht die genauen Daten des Auslandsaufenthaltes weiß. Das ist aber die Mindestmietdauer, also eventuell noch einen Monat länger.
