Die Wohnung liegt im Kunibertsviertel, 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof, 5 Minuten zum Ebertplatz und 2 Minuten zum Rhein, gegenüber von der Musikhochschule.
Die WG ist im ersten Stock, hat aber einen Balkon und vom zu vermietenden Zimmer aus geht es auf die grosse Dachterasse (mit Sitzmöbeln und Tischen).
Es gibt eine größere Küche in der eine Spülmaschine und auch eine Waschmaschine sind.
Das Zimmer selbst hat ca. 16 qm und wird möbliert vermietet (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schränke und Regale). Der bisherige Zwischenmieter zieht aus, aber alle wichtigen Sachen sind drin. Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit Lennart (26) teilen, Lennart arbeitet in der Medienbranche.
We are subletting one room in our shared flat, right next to the conservatory. The central station is 10 minutes by foot, and H Ebertplatz is 5 minutes away. The room is furnished, has 16 sqm and is connected to the rooftop terrace. If the sublet duration is not exactly what you are looking for, dont hesitate to contact us anyways and we can see if we can make it work :)
You would share the flat with Lennart (26), who is working in the media industry.
