Hi,
I will be leaving Cologne for at least 3 months (starting from October) and therefore, would like to sublet my room. Dates could be arranged quite flexible and you might be able to stay longer.
Our flat is large with almost 100m2 located in the heart of Cologne close to the station ‘Hansaring’. You can reach any place within Cologne super fast. It is fully furnished and you should be satisfied with the furniture in the room (I will take everything out except the furniture). You would have your own office in the Gallery (on top of the living room) and there is a big terrace connected to it. See photos for more input.
You would be living with Jonas, my flatmate (M29). He is super open-minded, friendly and quite often out for some activities. He is a dentist and works most of the time. Sometimes friends come over to play board games where you could be participating as well. He owns a dog while I own 2 cats. Thus, we are looking for an animal lover and it might be the case that my cats will stay in the flat, but this can be discussed.
We are both German, but any nationality is welcome :)

Hallo!
ich werde Köln für mindestens 3 Monate verlassen (ab Oktober) und würde daher gerne mein Zimmer untervermieten. Termine könnten ganz flexibel arrangiert werden und du könntest in der Lage sein, länger zu bleiben.
Unsere Wohnung ist groß mit fast 100m2 im Herzen von Köln in der Nähe des Bahnhofs 'Hansaring' gelegen. Man kann jeden Ort in Köln super schnell erreichen. Sie ist voll möbliert und du solltest mit den Möbeln im Zimmer zufrieden sein (ich werde alles außer den Möbeln herausnehmen). Du hättest dein eigenes Büro in der Galerie (über dem Wohnzimmer) und es gibt eine große Terrasse, die damit verbunden ist. Siehe Fotos für mehr Informationen.
Du würdest mit Jonas, meinem Mitbewohner (M29), zusammenleben. Er ist super aufgeschlossen, freundlich und ziemlich oft unterwegs für irgendwelche Aktivitäten. Er ist Zahnarzt und arbeitet die meiste Zeit. Manchmal kommen Freunde vorbei, um Brettspiele zu spielen, an denen du auch teilnehmen könntest. Er besitzt einen Hund und ich 2 Kater. Wir suchen also einen Tierliebhaber und es könnte sein, dass meine Katzen in der Wohnung bleiben, aber das kann besprochen werden.
Wir sind beide Deutsche, aber jede Nationalität ist willkommen :)
