ich stelle mein Zimmer im Agnesviertel zur Untervermietung zur Verfügung. Es ist Teil einer Studenten-WG und in der Wohnung wohnen noch 2 weitere Studentinnen. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell aber UNMÖBLIERT!
Dafür ist der Rest der Wohnung möbliert. Die Wohnung hat zwei Badezimmer und eine große und helle Wohnküche. Außerdem besitzt das Gebäude einen Aufzug.

Hi guys,
I am offering my room in a students apartment in the beautiful Agnesviertel. You‘d be living with two other (female) students. The room is very bright but it‘s EMPTY!
The rest of the apartment is furnished with 2 bathrooms and a big kitchen/living room. There is also a lift in the building.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen der Haltestellen Hansaring und Eberplatz und sind beide zu Fuß in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar.
ENGLISH:
The apartment is located between the underground stations Hansaring and Ebertplatz which are reachable by foot in 2-3 minutes.
Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind super lieb und sauber! Daher wird um gute Laune, Nettigkeit und vor allem Sauberkeit gebeten, danke :)

The roomies are very friendly and clean. This is why good vibes and being clean are kindly requested, cheers :)
Um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden betone ich gerne nochmal, dass das Zimmer unmöbliert ist!
