Hi everybody :) For the sake of making this available to everyone, im writing this down in englisch. My native language is german.
So - let’s get to it!
First you will have one room available just for yourself, however it has no interior at all, except the mattress. Next to your room, there is storage room, where you will be able to fit in all of your clothing etc. Then, you also have your own bathroom. Upstairs you will find the kitchen, the spacious living room, bathroom with shower and also - me 😊
Your own room is about 10sqm big.
You will not have to bring any cutlery, towels or anything of the likes.
I have plenty of that and am happy to share.
Now to me:
I’m 28 years old and have been living in this apartment in various constellations for about 12 years. While i do like living here, i think slowly it is time for me to move on, which is why I’m currently looking for other flats or even a flat exchange around April to May next year. This is why the space is limited for that period. I currently have a roomate, but she found her own place, she is going to move out on the 15th December.
I work fulltime, mostly from home, as a senior sales manager in a marketing agency.
In my free time I like to go on hikes, work out and cook. I also produce music.
Overall, i would say that I'm a pretty open minded, welcoming person. I like to laugh allot.
When I cook, I like to share. When I go shopping, I’ll ask if you need anything. You get the picture perhaps.
Here is a list of things that i value:
- A fridge that is not stuffed with old stuff, molding away
- See that heating is not left on when leaving the house for a longer time and making sure that rooms are properly ventilated from time to time
- I like it when surfaces are clean, If things are not scattered all across the place
- Keeping an eye on the sleeping times of each other - given that the flat is split very nicely, this i not a problem to keep in. Just, within a work week, because my room is directly next to the living room, that needs to be kept in mind
- In general, being honest if there is something disturbing your peace. If there is something on your mind, I appreciate honesty about it
And so on – this is just to give an impression on how I work/live as a person :)
Please be honest and ask yourself if you can align with these values!
Personally, I never had a cleaning plan yet, I just like to clean things continuously. But I’m open to also adapt to a cleaning plan If its suits our situation better. Having at least a plan who I going to vacuum should be nice tho. I would like to try that.
As central as can be, but still very peaceful/quiet. Good connection to shops, gyms, night life etc.
